About Lyles

Lyles Geer

A downtown Charleston native, Lyles has spent his career on the streets where he grew up. For over two decades, he has been a top producer, selling over $350 million worth of property with William Means, and is now the company's fourth owner.

Well recognized for his strong network, work ethic, and can-do approach, Lyles attributes the firm's success to ensuring the client's interest comes first, every time. Lyles and his wife Katie (owner of Meyer Vogl Gallery) are the proud parents of three young children and love restoring historic homes on the peninsula.

A graduate of Charleston's Porter-Gaud School, Lyles attended Southern Methodist University, where he studied economics. He then worked as a financial analyst in New York City before returning back to his roots as a broker. A firm believer in giving back, Lyles contributes to the MUSC Children's Hospital with every sale and currently serves on the board of directors of the Preservation Society of Charleston, a non-profit established in 1920 to preserve not just Charleston's built environment, but more importantly the culture and quality of life that make it so special.
